The user can change game settings in explorer mode and play by map mode. These settings have to be set before starting. In case of challenge mode, all challengers play with the same settings.
Time settings
By default, there is no time limit. Time limits can be set in increments of 10 seconds up to 10 minutes per round.
If a time limit is set, a timer is shown to indicate remaining time.
Movement settings
